First line a 25 cm tin with baking paper

Then dissolve the baking soda in hot milk and pour it over the mixture.
After sift the baking powder and the flour the fold till no flour is showing
Then scrape into your prepared tin and cook for 1 hour.

How to make the icing
1 Tbsp cocoa
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp boiling water
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup icing sugar
